This event will feature a networking hour from 5:30-6:30 in the Krannert Drawing Room for Purdue students to network with corporate executives and professionals from several industries. Refreshments will be provided.
Industry professionals will be discussing why cultural competence is imperative in today's global workplace in a panel discussion from 6:30-8:00pm in the Krannert Auditorium.
This event offers students in all majors seeking to better understand and appreciate, as well as effectively interact with persons from cultures and belief
systems different from their own throughout their career. Corporate representatives will give their views on cultural competence that will help
participants gain the competitive advantage by offering perspectives from their background and company.
