Fast Track Partner Attendance & Advice:

The CCO also invites companies from their Fast Track Partner program to participate in the event. We asked two employers in attendance at this year’s fair a couple of questions related to their attendance at the Just In Time Career Fair and what they’re looking for in a candidate.

Aldi:

Q: What is something you are looking for in candidates?

A: Attitude. We need a person who has a good mindset. You can have all the skills, but you also need to be able to problem solve and think outside of the box.

Q: What is a highlight of your experience today?

A: People! Meeting the students and getting to know them. We love learning about what students are interested in.

Q: What is one piece of advice you have for students?

A: Research the company and come prepared with questions. We are always impressed with a student that comes to our table with lots of knowledge of our company and the positions we have available.
