The Career Closet is now open!

Need a suit or tie for an upcoming interview? The CCO Career Closet may be able to help. Suiting attire is offered at no-cost to Purdue students in need, who may have one full outfit* per academic year. An outfit consists of a blazer, trouser or skirt, shirt or blouse, tie or scarf, belt, and shoes. And the best part? The attire is yours to keep!

Visiting the closet is by appointment only.

Students, use BoilerConnect to schedule a 30-minute session. Once in BoilerConnect, select CCO/Quick Chat.

*Note: Items and sizing availability may be limited, please plan ahead. Attire is offered from generous donations received by alumni, community members, and others. If you do not find your size, the Career Closet suggests the JCPenney Suit-Up Event or local shops.

The Career Closet is now accepting donations of gently worn, dry-cleaned suiting in dark colors (black, grey, navy, brown), ties, shirts, belts, and shoes. 

Physical Donations
Please contact the Career Closet Coordinator by email at askcco@purdue.edu to discuss the type of items and schedule a drop-off time.  If you are out of the area and wish to mail items, use the address below.

Monetary Donations
If it is easier for you to make a monetary donation, these are accepted as well.  Please write your check made payable to ‘Purdue University’ and on the subject/memo line write ‘CCO Career Closet’ then send to the address below.  This will ensure your donation will be used expressly for the purchase of items to benefit students in need who visit the Career Closet.
