THIRD PARTY RECRUITERS

Third Party Recruiters are defined as agencies, organizations, or individuals recruiting candidates for temporary, part-time, or full-time employment opportunities with organizations other than their own. The Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) permits Third Party Recruiters to post job opportunities on our platform, provided they adhere to Purdue University's policies designed to protect students' privacy and career interests. However, to safeguard Purdue students' rights and personal information, the CCO does not provide Third Party Recruiters with access to student resumes through resume searches or referrals. Third Party Recruiters are expected to disclose clearly the employer or client they represent, and postings must reflect genuine employment opportunities. The CCO reserves the right to decline services to any Third Party Recruiter failing to comply with these guidelines or Purdue University standards.
