Since its start in 1980, the Industrial Roundtable (IR) has gained recognition with students and companies alike as being one of the best career fairs in the nation. Providing the opportunity for company representatives to interact with the Purdue student body, the event attracts nearly 400 companies and over 16,000 engineering, science, and technology students each year. The fair, however, is open to all Purdue University students and traditionally attracts a diverse group of qualified undergraduate and graduate students searching for internship, co-op, and permanent employment opportunities.
As one of the largest student-organized job fairs in the country, the fair is continually growing, bringing in nearly 400 companies and 16,000 students each year. This year, IR will be held hybrid, offering both in-person and virtual formats.
